There are a few reasons this may happen:
There is a fault with the charger. Insert the charger into the controller and switch the power on. If a green LED light does not appear on the top right of the controller then there is a fault with the charger.
There is a fault with the battery. Change internal battery with a new battery, if the amber LED light turns off then the battery was either faulty or has come to its end of life. Please note that the battery has an estimated life of 12 months.
The controller has not been charged regularly. Place your controller on charge overnight or for at least 6 hours. After this period of charging, turn on your controller, if the amber LED light is no longer showing then the fault is due to undercharging. (Please note it is recommended that you charge your Flexineb controller as soon as the low battery LED light comes on. (top left LED, flashing green).
There is an internal fault in the controller. If the amber LED light continue to stay on after the above tests, please return to Nortev.
