The Flexineb warranty covers various components for different periods as follows:

Controller Warranty:
2years from the date of purchase, covering free replacement or repair if the issue is confirmed not to be due to user error. Exclusions: Water damage, incorrect charger usage, and physical damage due to impact are not covered.

Battery Warranty:
6 months from the purchase mdate.

Other Parts Warranty:
2 years for all parts.

Flexineb E3 Cup:
The Flexineb E3 cup is considered a wearable part and is not covered under the standard warranty. Its lifespan is affected by the substances nebulized and how well it is maintained.*
Flexineb E3 Cup Lifespan
The E3 cup is designed for an expected lifespan of up to 100 uses when used exclusively with 10ml of 0.9% saline solution. If other solutions are used, the lifespan may be reduced by up to 50%.Users who nebulize specialized or medicated substances should expect a shorter duration of effective use.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, and claims must be made directly to the seller with the necessary documentation. Proper maintenance and following usage guidelines will help maintain the longevity of the Flexineb and ensure warranty coverage.
Warranty on Replacements: The warranty does not reset after are placement. For example, if the controller is replaced after 1 year, the remaining 1 year of warranty still applies.
